Glocal Community Partners is a Treasure Valley non-profit whose mission is to mobilize, train and connect volunteers with our New American neighbors in friendship.
Two weeks ago, the Greenbriar apartments in southeast Boise experienced a devastating fire, destroying the homes of four families that Glocal is connected with. Glocal has provided furniture and some household items for when they get into a new apartment, but these families will need much more to rebuild what they have lost.
So here’s a chance to make an immediate, concrete difference for our community: Glocal is collecting Wal-Mart gift cards for these families.
