No, not those three. These three: It is finished.
Spoken by Jesus Christ moments before his death, and all the assurance we need to know that all is now well between us and God.
To see what was finished, we’ll back way up to about 700 years before Jesus’ life – 2700 years before us! – to the words of the prophet Zechariah.
We’ll marvel at how specifically God foretold Jesus’ suffering and death for us, and how precisely Jesus fulfilled it – finished it – all. For us.
