Do Something Scary

Sky diving. Public speaking. Maybe even squishing a bug. Sure, they can be scary for some.

How about talking to a stranger? Having a tough conversation with a colleague? Addressing unresolved conflict with a family member? That can really be scary. That’s why we avoid these things so much.

But they’re worth doing. People are worth the investment, the risk, or the hard conversations. God wants relationships to be restored, forgiveness to be spoken, and patient love demonstrated.

Sounds great, but still scary.

But go ahead, pick one. Do something scary.

It’s worth it.

“Bear with each other and forgive one another” (Colossians 3:13).
