After today, the days will be getting shorter. Less and less light day-by-day. It’s fascinating how that happens every year. For many of us, it’s also a little sad to lose the light as winter approaches.
If you long for more light in the coming months, it’s a little earning for what your heart needs the most.
God. Our light. The one who will give us light forever.
And the brightness of those days in heaven will never get shorter.
“[In heaven] there will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.” (Revelation 22:5)
