Dear friends of Cross of Christ –
We want to thank you for the prayers, love, and kindness we all received when Kay went to be with the Lord.
She was a wonderful wife, a great mother, a true friend, and an example of a loving woman. Many of you have met her over the years, and we hope you were able to see what an amazing person she was.
During this time, we were blessed with many texts, cards, phone calls and voicemails that let us know we were being prayed for.
Psalm 147:3 tells us, “He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.” Continue to pray for us as we carry on in our grieving, that we would cling to the Lord as we work through our grief.
The comfort and strength that the Lord provides through these prayers is a great blessing to us in our time of need.
