The hate. The political anger. The fighting. The depression. The tense relationships.
Why won’t it stop? Why can’t this all just be done and everything bad be over with?
God promised that he will make it all stop. One day. But not yet.
What’s he waiting for? A few more people. He wants more to see how messed up the world is and put their trust in something else. He wants everyone to be saved from this.
He’s patiently waiting for a few more to see Jesus and be saved.
He might just be waiting for you.
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9).
