Resolutions may stick or they may not. Your hopes and dreams for the new year may come to fruition or they may not. 2023 might lead to wonderful new adventures, relationships, and opportunities. Or it might kind of feel like the same old things all over again.
But God has some same old things for you this new year that are also remarkably new. His love. His compassion. His faithfulness. Because God’s heart is so huge and his capacity for love has no limits, the ways he continues to show up for you, take care of you, and provide for you are new each day.
Just what you need at the exact time you need it. That’s what God gives.
Something new every morning of the new year.
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22-23)
